In our efforts to explore more sustainable alternatives to the Aspero cotton used for our traditional ultra heavy flannel (UHF) shirts, this model is cut from a new 10oz Japanese heavyweight flannel. Softer and slightly lighter than its Aspero counterparts, weve heavily brushed the reverse of the fabric to increase thickness and improve heat retention. While the 10oz weave means were not classing this as a UHF shirt, weight isnt everythingthis fabric still delivers the warmth, comfort and rugged characteristics that our heavyweight winter flannels are renowned for.
